The hardboard is covered in vinyl to the matching colour of the rest of the interior vinyl. This needs to be combined with our part number BP610 for models built before 1962 or BP620 for models built after this. We had another humidor that didn’t have a humidity gauge. Found out that even in high humidity Houston we were not storing our cigars at a high enough humidity. This is a very well-made, sturdy humidor. (Our old one pales in comparison and I thought it was nice!) You open it up and the smell often the wood is just lovely.
