Having loved Richard Scarry books as a child in the 70's, I was thrilled when he regained popularity in the 90's when we were raising our children. As soon as words you want to teach gain clarity, sentences will follow faster. The little “sponge”takes communication seriously. Add a motion to the word and it will be remembered longer, and used in 3-word sentences, etc. the first 100 words will double then triple surprisingly fast.
