There is no size tag but it measures about 21 1 4" (it is probably a size 21 1 2 that shrunk slightly). The red cross pin is marked Sterling MA. The hat is in OK condition; still wearable, but it does have flaws. The brim is slightly misshapen. There are a few scattered tiny moth nibbles.
