Made with a selection of grapes from the best plots, it offers aromas of spicy and red fruit. Contains Sulphites. Store in a cool, dry place. Serve at 16C. Grape variety: Shiraz Syrah, Mourvdre, Grenache. Vintage: 2019. Alcohol by volume: 15. 5%. Vinification: Each grape variety is vinified separately, macerated for 20 to 25 days, and aged in new 225 litre barrels for 12 to 16 months.
