Lengthy elevage of 24 months in used oak impart an extra layer of complexity and depth. Makes for a great exercise in understanding the influence of oxygen in elevage when paired with Night Cost. An explosive wine! While bright in colour, this reveal a deep, endless core of dark red fruit and floral nuances
