It has a 40 to 45 pound oil capacity and 115,000 BTU per hour. It has a welded tank with an extra smooth peened finish, plus a stainless steel tank, front door, and sides. The thermostat can keep the selected temperature between 200 and 400 Fahrenheit. The fryer stands on 6 inch high adjustable legs and comes with 2 twin sized baskets.

This oil provided my type 4 hair a lot of moisture. The texture of this product is moist.
